Workflows and Timelines
Step 1
The Beginning
As Plato said, the start is the most important of any work :)
First, you'll fill out a form that will let us know how to contact you and the thing that you're looking for! That will help me know how I can get you what you need the fastest and easiest.
Then, you'll choose a package and any add ons you may want and I will send you an invoice. Payments plans are available, but the total must be paid by your wedding day.
And finally, you'll complete a contract and pay a $500 down payment.
Step 1.5 (3-5 Months Out)- Engagement Session+ Invitation Design (if wanted)

1-2 Months Out...
When we get about 2 months out from your wedding, I will have you or your wedding planner send over a timeline for the whole event. This will include a Family Checklist where you'll tell me all the family and friends photos that are a MUST!
You'll also tell me the dress code and what you think I should wear to keep your wedding "on theme". Most of the time, I'll wear black to "blend in" but if you have any special colors I should wear I'd be more than happy to accommodate :)
We'll also have our final meeting a couple weeks out just to make sure things are running smoothly!
Step 3
Post Wedding
After your wedding, all you'll have to do is relax! You did it! I'll send a sneak-peak gallery soon after the wedding and the complete gallery will be out within the next couple of weeks. You'll also clear out any invoices due.
I keep all of the photos I take digitally on the cloud, so if you decide you'd like to order more prints or you lose the link, etc., I will always be able to help you there!!
Commonly Asked Questions
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
I will send a sneak peak soon after the wedding, typically 1-3 days afterwards, but the final images could take up to a month to two months to finish.
How will I be able to pay you?
I have an invoicing system that takes card or check in-person. Payment plans are available if needed.
Since your style is mostly candids, will I still get formal and posed portraits?
Yes absolutely! You won't lose any opportunities to have posed photos taken!
What is your refund/ cancellation policy?
You are always able to cancel up to a month before your wedding. However, the deposit or any other payments you've made up to that point is non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause.
Can you put together a slideshow for our cocktail hour/ reception?
Yes of course! If you book me for an engagement session, I would be happy to put together a slideshow of the photos I took plus any special ones you may have!
How many final images should I expect to receive?
It depends on how long I'm there, but at least 200!
Will you give me the digital negatives or unlimited downloads so I can make my own prints?
Yes! I give all packages their own printing rights and unlimited downloads for all the photos via a digital gallery.
What sets you apart from other wedding photographers?
I will always be here to help you through any problems you may have! I will not slack on any part of the deal and I will always try to help you or your guests when the need arises.
If I hire you, when will I receive a written contract?
You'll get an email with it after you complete the initial questionnaire!
How much of a deposit do I owe and when is it due?
You'll owe a $500 deposit as soon as you fill out the initial questionnaire. I'll send it to you in an email soon after you finish it!
how long after I order my photos/album will I get them?
It takes me 1-3 days to process the order and then it can take up to 5 days for my printing company to ship them to me. It will be able to pick up as soon as I get them in the mail!
What about a backup plan if you are unable to shoot my wedding for some reason?
I will do whatever I can do to try to make it up to you. I will give you back everything you've paid me up to that point and if it is after an engagement session, I will give you a print credit to use for prints from that session.
